White Sox pitcher Dylan Cease is Tuesday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day, rising to fifth in season player rankings.
Cease struck out 11 over six scoreless innings, allowing one hit and two walks, in the 7-6, 12-inning win over the Blue Jays. Cease did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the Blue Jays took the lead after he exited.
