Phillips struck out one in one scoreless, hitless inning, walking none and picking up the save, in the 5-2 win over the Padres, the first official game of the 2024 season.

Phillips earned 1.0 Box-Toppers point in 2023 with the Dodgers, his only career Player of the Game honor on Sept. 8.
