Guardians pitcher Tanner Bibee is Box-Toppers Player of the Day in Monday’s spring training games.

Player of the Day

Bibee struck out four over six scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk, in the 3-0 win over the Reds.

National League Player of the Day

Giants pitcher Justin Verlander struck out six over five scoreless innings, allowing three hits and two walks, in the 3-0 win over the White Sox.

Verlander has the most career Box-Toppers points among Monday’s Player of the Game winners. His 247.0 career points is fourth-most since 1995, when Box-Toppers tracking began. It is third among active players and second among active NL pitchers, behind Clayton Kershaw of the Dodgers (272.4). However, Verlander earned just 2.0 Box-Toppers points in 2024 with the Astros, missing two months from June to August with shoulder inflammation.

American League Batter of the Day
