Nationals pitcher Gio Gonzalez is Monday’s Box-Toppers Player of the Day.
Gonzalez lost a no-hit bid in the ninth inning, pitching eight scoreless innings, allowing one hit, three walks and striking out five, in the 1-0 win over the Marlins.
