Other Player of the Game winners Tuesday include Rockies pitcher Chase Dollander, Reds pitcher Nick Martinez, Giants pitcher Robbie Ray, Victor Ramos of the Mariners and Keibert Ruiz of the Nationals.

Also Tuesday, Braves pitcher Chris Sale rises to fourth place in Box-Toppers season player rankings after earning National League Player of the Day honors.

Miller struck out eight over seven scoreless innings, allowing two hits and two walks, in the 2-1, 10-inning win over the White Sox. Miller did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the White Sox tied the game after he exited.
