Rangers pitcher Dane Dunning is Box-Toppers Player of the Day in Wednesday’s spring training games.
Dunning struck out six over five scoreless innings, allowing one hit and one walk, in the 4-3 win over the Royals. Dunning did not earn the win, picking up a no-decision, because the Royals tied the game after he exited.
